Train firm unveils new MD

Arriva Trains Wales has announced the appointment of a new managing director. Former customer service director Ian Bullock will replace Tim Bell.

He said: "I look forward to continuing to work closely with the team at Arriva Train Wales and the Welsh Government, and to ensuring we continue to deliver the highest possible standards of service to our customers."

Steve Murphy, chief operating officer of Arriva UK Trains, added: "He has made a valuable contribution to the success of the businesses in a range of roles."
