Title: Gloucester to Plymouth and Penzance? Post by: Plymboi on January 13, 2013, 17:12:59 Today I noticed there are a few Gloucester to Plymouth and Penzance services operated by cross country today. Is this a regular thing for Sundays? Never knew this route was operated by crosscountry.

Gloucester is a more operationally convenient point to terminate and restart trains than Cheltenham. This has happened quite frequently over the years.
