Title: New Plymouth commuter train. Post by: devon_metro on December 11, 2007, 16:20:57 The 0600 Plymouth - Paddington which theoretically used to get passengers in before 0900 (0548 from Plymouth) now arrives at 0900 has failed to arrive less than 15 minutes late for the last two days.
