The train left Oxford 11 minutes late and was 20 minutes late at Moreton-in-Marsh, so it probably was 15 minutes late at Charlbury and the train did leave London Paddington on time. The rest of the message is a mystery!

Surely that is showing there is a closure of the ticket office, but will be open from 13/12 09:30 ? See a previous post I sent regarding a shambles at Kingham a few months back. Can't adjust to changing circumstances
