Title: Blackboy Tunnel Exeter Post by: julian on December 06, 2012, 23:00:00 Does anyone know the reason for the slow running on the approach to St James Park through this tunnel?

Title: Re: Blackboy Tunnel Exeter Post by: Nibat on December 07, 2012, 13:59:29 The landslip next to the Exmouth side portal, there a 5 mph restrction. The T board or end of the restriction had to be placed on the other side of the tunnel as it couldn't go inside the tunnel due to apparently H&S reasons, even if the problem area is over as soon as the train enters the tunnel.
