Title: Southern Delay Repay Delay? Post by: Brucey on December 01, 2012, 17:47:30 Yet again I'm waiting for a Delay Repay payment from Southern which has taken considerably longer than the advertised 20 days.
This one was submitted on the 18th October for a delay of more than 1 hour on a ticket costing around ^50, so not an inconsiderate sum that I am waiting for. I also included a complaint with my delay repay form as the instruction of station staff actually increased my delay. Passengers for Victoria were told to take the first available service (which was a stopping train) when the fast train ten minutes later would have arrived in Victoria about 20 minutes earlier. As yet, no answer to my claim or complaint. Other previous claims have involved waiting longer than 20 days, plus other "sloppy" work such as mis-spelling Bletchley, including an address in Bristol that I hadn't lived in since 2009 and mis-calculating 100% of a fare.
