Title: 2318 Gatwick to Reading Weekdays
Post by: Steve Bray on November 24, 2012, 20:58:37
I've noticed in the new December timetable that this service will depart Gatwick unchanged, but depart Redhill around 6 minutes later than currently (although has this change already happened?) Previously it was scheduled to depart at 2328, but now will be at 2334.

The only reason I can think for this change is to connect with the 2302 Victoria to Brighton which arrives Redhill at 2331; however I believe the mct at Redhill is 5 minutes so the journey planners don't offer this as a connection for any passengers wishing to travel from Victoria to Reigate or East Croydon to Dorking.

Does anyone know if there is a reason for this change?
