You may enjoy guessing at some of the answers, and being surprised when you submit the quiz to find out what the actual answer are.   Many thanks to the Web, Wiltshire Council, Passenger Focus and the DfT for providing all the information - some in public documents, the rest in response to specific questions.   The serious answers from which the questions are derived help so much in clarifying not only what we have, but what people want and where we're going.

Post your scores ... please don't give any answers away for a day or two!

Although not a resident of Wiltshire I took the quiz and was pleasantly surprised to get 8/12 correct without resorting to research.   ;)

And that's equal best score so far - well done.   No prizes will be awarded, I'm afraid ... but it is so helpful if you can try this out as it helps me understand even further what people know / appreciate and what takes everyone by surprise.

A rather abysmal 4 right out of the 12 from me.

I was clearly guessing most of them - quite consistently: I got all of the first five wrong.  :P

9 out of 12 ;D (No research either ;) )

and 2 others were silly mistakes. (Question 6 was rather obvious if I had read the question properly! and Q9 I am appalled I got wrong as I knew the bluddy answer to that as well!) Q3 would have (and did) snuff me. I was tempted by the correct answer but after reading the question was hesitant.

Also Q1 I got right but admit it was a lucky guess... ;)

Erm ... you get your score as soon as you submit your 12 answers?  :P

Really? When I'd done it it said to enter an e-mail address for the score which I did.. I thought that a bit strange.. I'll have to just do it again then  ::)

Jo, that happened to me as well. I confess I was a bit reluctant - I normally crash out of surveys that don't allow anonymous submissions on principle, as it's obvious they're harvesting email addresses for marketing purposes; but this one's as safe as it gets, and sure enough the answer was presented as soon as I made my mind up to play the game.

So... the only way to get the score was to not give an email address? I know I can be a bit stupid at times but I still don't think I've been told what my score was (altho it would have been low I'm sure)  ::)

Until about 5 minutes ago, the only way to get your score was to enter a name and email address at the same time that you answered the questions.   The script is one which I wrote and maintain, and it's normally used for helping delegates decide which course to come on - obviously with different questions.  Where it's used by a whole department, looking at two different private courses, I need to know who's who so that I can recommend and balance the courses ...

I've just taken out the need to enter name and email address on the rail quiz; I would still suggest you fill them in - the quiz comes only to me, and it will help me follow up any questions you have (and to congratulate the best set of answers!).

When completed, the submit button at the bottom of the quiz submits your answers, the questions are marked as "correct" or "wrong", with the right answer then being indicated, and your score appears at the bottom after all of the marked answers.

5/12, not bad for someone who hasnt spent more than about 24 hours of my entire life in Wiltshire.
