From the FGW website :

07:43 Penzance to London Paddington due 13:41
This train will be started from Exeter St Davids. It will no longer call at: Penzance, St Erth, Hayle, Camborne, Redruth, Truro, St Austell, Bodmin Parkway, Liskeard, St Germans, Saltash, Plymouth, Totnes, Newton Abbot, Teignmouth and Dawlish. This is due to a train fault.

08:45 Penzance to London Paddington due 13:44
This train has been revised. It will additionally call at: Hayle, St Germans and Saltash. This is due to an earlier train fault.
