Title: Late Running/Early Running
Post by: John R on September 11, 2012, 08:00:10
The 0746 NLS to Padd was cancelled this morning along with all other stations between Taunton and Bristol to make up time following a late departure from Taunton. Only problem was it steamed through NLS at 0738 and would have arrived in Bristol around 10 minutes ahead of schedule.

Is it too much to expect control to work out that a non stop run between Taunton and Bristol will gain more time than required to get back on time and adjust the number of stops accordingly?
