Title: **NEW**Service Updates / Route Updates on FGW Homepage Post by: insider on August 04, 2012, 09:25:40 Noticed this this morning
http://www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk/Your-journey/Route-Updates (http://www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk/Your-journey/Route-Updates) Has its own page above, but also shown in a simpler format on the homepage. Looks like FGW are tyrying to improve information for customers, so you can see if your route is affected by delays / disruption quickly without using journey check. Just need some disruption to see how it works....LOL :) Title: Re: **NEW**Service Updates / Route Updates on FGW Homepage Post by: phile on August 04, 2012, 18:47:12 Journey Check has disappeared but it can be found by Hunting around.

Title: Re: **NEW**Service Updates / Route Updates on FGW Homepage Post by: Gordon the Blue Engine on August 22, 2012, 16:50:51 FGW's website is currently showing "major disruption" on Padd-Rdg fast services and Padd - Bristol & S Wales, yet there is nothing relevant in Journeycheck and Reading & Swindon departures seem to be OK.
I can see there are problems on the Costwold line, but this is not significantly affecting the GWML. I've noticed this kind of thing before. Is there a system fault which is producing these false messages of doom and gloom? I can see there are problems on the Costwold line, but this is not significantly affecting the GWML. I've noticed this kind of thing before. Is there a system fault which is producing these false messages of doom and gloom? It's doing it again. Showing "major disruption" on Padd -Rdg fast services, but nothing in Journeycheck or Reading departures to justify it.
