Title: Birmingham New Street redevelopment slips back a year Post by: Btline on June 15, 2012, 19:26:09 The vital development of the grossly overcrowded new Street station has been put back almost a year by network rail.
The 1st phase is now not due to be opened until April 2013. It was initially meant to be ready for the Olympics. I wonder what the delay is? However, I assure you the 1st phase was due in Summer 2012. Then pushed back to late 2012, now mid 2013.
