Message Received :27/04/2012 07:19 Not good news for Bristol travellers - means the 08:00 and 08:30 to Paddington are cancelled and the 7:47 appears trapped between Cogload Junction and Bridgwater. How do the diverted services serve Chippenham - via Bradford on Avon and then change ends? 1A08 0800 Ex Bri (0509 Ex Plymouth) 1A09 0830 Ex Bri (0712 Ex Taunton) 1A08 was trapped between Cogload and Bridgwater, however was set back and diverted - eventually running in 1A09s path from Chippenham. 1A09 was diverted from the start and due to its being a stopping service Taunton - Bristol, it eventually ended up 30 minutes early and so ran in 1A08s path from Chippenham. You can see how the other one from Plymouth was 31 late! Both arriving at each others booked time! Good thinking of FGW there! Not so fortunate for those on the 06:00 (2D02) from Exeter St Davids to Bristol Parkway. They were trapped for over 90 mins and never got to Parkway.
