He doesn't claim to know the ins and outs of the workings of the railway. Believe me there are many passengers who would feel exactly the same way he does and would rant amongst themselves but he actually puts it down in writing and gets some nasty things posted on his site by people who wish to remain 'annonymous' for doing so.
You don't have to agree with everything he says and I would encourage you to reply to his posts on his site where you can provide constructive insight without getting personal.
