Has the damage been widespread? Damage was mostly in the Plymouth area, with some signals blank and all track circuits showing occupied in the St Germans area, however also Liskeard suffered a Track Circuit Failure, and also Lostwithiel suffered a Axle Counter failure and a complete failure of internal communications.
