Post by: BerkshireBugsy on February 22, 2012, 19:36:39
"click click, tut, click click tut".

Some poor lady knitting in the quiet carriage of the 1736ish RDG to BOA...yes, it really did happen!

Reminds me of a trip to Barcelona in 2010 when a twenty something woman got on my metro train with an old wooden chair, sat down and started crocheting with what appeared to be a improvised lump of wood with nails sticking out.

Definitely the "tut tut" cfn but it was drowned out by the very kind gentleman who moved to the vestibule at the end of carriage A but we us passengers in that coach still managed to hear the entire transcript in full boring-o-Rama
