Title: Guard has to threaten POLICE on passenger Post by: Btline on January 03, 2012, 00:13:42 This shocking footage shows the moment the guard has to threaten the POLICE on a drunk passenger who refuses to pay.
Stunned commuters sit, aghast, as a shouting match opens up on the packed train. In the end the frustrated guard gives up and storms back to the cab to call the police. I wasn't particularly shocked, I doubt there were many commuters on a Christmas Eve and the guard didn't seem frustrated/storm back to his cab. Nor was it a packed train. Title: Re: Guard has to threaten POLICE on passenger Post by: ChrisB on January 03, 2012, 15:50:17 Neither would they be 'commuters' either, on Christmas Eve. Other than maybe an odd shop worker. Far more likely, leisure customers going off for Christmas / back from shopping. Commuters by defintion are those using the rails to get to/from work.
Something the press forget, and you seem to have believed what you read. Title: Re: Guard has to threaten POLICE on passenger Post by: Btline on January 03, 2012, 16:58:39 I don't think the press have picked up on the video yet - I've only seen this on YouTube itself.
It seems to be the fashion today to whip out the camera - but I suppose with HD video iPhones, ordinary people have been turned into film directors. Have you got a new job as a Daily Mail sub-editor, Btline? ::) Nothing wrong in bringing clips like this to the attention of this forum's membership, but do we really need the overblown hyperbole as well?
