Adrian Chiles describes his love of Delay Repay and the hope of determining if a late train will breach 15 or 30 minutes.

He considers that the payment system is the most efficient part of UK (United Kingdom) railways and is surprised that so many trains are 29 minutes late.

Yes, a trope. They were never lucky enough to experience the bacon sandwiches as served from the buffets on the lines between London and the South coast.
