This is due to a fault on this train.

Good to see a whole load of pictures online (Facebook in a public post) from Worcester yesterday from one of our Melksham community who went all the way and had a lovely day out.  This train tends to be very busy at least from Trowbridge to Cheltenham Spa,  but through passengers over longer distances are admittedly sparse.   I lack data as to how busy it is at the extremes; I suspect it's quite quiet from Salisbury and reasonably well used into Worcester.

Home last night, arriving into Melksham on time at 21:32.  Around 80 on the train, 30 off and 10 more on so that's 90/40 ... happy with that. Clearly the "party train" from Weymouth, families with sleeping children, tired after a day on the beach, and a couple of wheelchair / mobility chair people having had the opportunity for a day out, also helped out at Melksham by the train manager


And a sh*t show this morning.  I am meeting by son in Salisbury at 10:33 - or not.

From a passenger perspective that leave the first Sunday train to Portsmouth into Salisbury at 11:31, and the first southbound from the "village" of Melksham which seems too small to be worth bothering with (?) at 14:06
